Scar Neck positioning feels anatomically really off for me, unless it's a special creature which have slightly different anatomy? Other than that, I like the coloring, especially on the scar, feels really natural, and also I like the way you lineworked the hair! It gives a storybook type of vibe. Keep up the good work!
